TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the entrepreneurship program ("Program") offered by Enterprisecanada.org ("Enterprise Canada") to its members ("Member(s)"). By enrolling in the Program, the Member agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
An annual membership is required to access the Program, which allows Members to use the Enterprise Portal and receive support from Enterprise Canada's experts. The membership will expire exactly one year from the date of purchase, and Members will need to renew their membership to continue using the Program.
Refunds
Once a Member logs in to the Enterprise Portal or begins receiving support from one of Enterprise Canada's experts, there will be no refunds. Additionally, once an expert is assigned to a Member, there will be no refunds. Promotional memberships are non-refundable. Any additional purchases of services offered by Enterprise Canada, including but not limited to business plans, application submissions, logo creations, and pitch decks, are non-refundable once our experts begin working on them. Once the work has started, Members cannot receive a refund for these services.
Changes to the Platform

Termination
Enterprise Canada reserves the ultimate power to terminate a membership at any time, with or without prior notice, written or oral, for any reason including but not limited to violation of the terms and conditions, exhibiting inappropriate or unprofessional behavior. Members will not be entitled to any compensation or recourse in the event of such termination.
